ABOUT CORR
CORR Pilates + Cycle Studio is a boutique fitness studio offering high energy group Reformer Pilates and indoor cycling classes. Two studios under one roof!
All classes are 50 minutes in length and led by an experienced and certified instructor. Our Pilates studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Balanced Body Reformers and a variety of props enabling your instructor to lead you through hundreds of exercises while always offering appropriate modifications and progressions. Our Pilates classes are challenging yet fun as we pump the jams and provide a more contemporary approach to Joseph Pilates’ classical method. All classes are a full body workout including core work, upper body, and lower body with a focus on proper form, flexibility, strength, balance and mobility.
Our indoor cycling classes are always taught to the beat of the music. We rhythm ride and match your RPMs to the beat allowing you to get the best cardio workout while having the time of your life. Who knew cardio could be so fun? The energy of the room radiates through your body allowing for an increased heartrate while improving endurance and strength.
The combination of Pilates and cycling allows for members to achieve all their fitness goals at one location.
